DESCRIPTION
Evolution Powersports engineered Alpha Drive Belts for improved CVT durability, reliability, and power delivery.
Built with a new synthetic rubber compound, advanced cord technology, and precision-machined face angles. Six compounds were tested; the selected compound outperformed the rest.
Tested across conditions, including mainline dyno work on a 600+ horsepower Pro R. Compared to the OEM Polaris Pro R belt, the EVP Alpha belt lasted twice as many dyno pulls in repeated tests and averaged 15 WHP more than other belts.
- Tested on EVP race X3s and RZRs (tested to 800 crank HP)
- Stronger pulls and greater durability than OEM
- Advanced rubber compound with maximum fiber loading
- Reinforced top and bottom cogs resist cupping, deformation, and delamination
- Ultra-strong Aramid cord with high-twist for shock absorption and load capacity
- Precision-machined sidewall angles for superior launch acceleration and power transmission to the driveline
- Designed to dissipate heat for lower belt and clutch temperatures
- Proven in severe conditions and on high-horsepower machines
