It supports quick and easy installation, allowing engineer and officer positions for hands-free voice-activated communication while using push-to-talk to transmit on up to two radios. The intercom features include voice-activated operation, dual two-way radio ready & expandable, adjustable transmit mic gain, audio receive gain, stuck mic indicator, 6-pin auxiliary port for cell phone and audio in/out, quick lock easy install cable connections, and 100% shielded RF housing. The RRP800 is also easy to install with Quick Lock connections. An included Universal Radio Jumper offers easy connectivity to any mobile radio. The installer can adjust the mic gain and audio receive gain for the best audio performance. This kit is compatible with Rugged Radios, Firecom, David Clark, and Sigtronics headsets using the Nexus 5-conductor TP105 Plug. The kit can be expanded to your vehicle using Rugged's accessories.
