The grill frames are laser cut from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in Semi-Gloss Black powder coat for a clean, durable appearance. The mesh panels are finished in clear anodize for contrast and a finished custom look. This kit replaces OEM grille part number 5458094-070 and is built for precise fitment on the Ranger XD 1500. It is a practical upgrade for riders who want better front-end protection, cooling support, and a more complete look across the front of the machine.
