3rd‑generation high-twist Aramid Fiber cord for high-horsepower tensile loads; among the strongest belts available.
Higher shock-load rating to withstand the power of 400hp machines.
Increased top-cog pressure-load design for greater sidewall rigidity and reduced top-cog bowing while retaining rotational flexibility.
Bottom cog made from high-modulus rubber compound (BZX1) for improved heat resistance and dissipation; impregnated with short Aramid Fibers for better belt-to-sheave adhesion and lower belt temperature.
Latest bottom-cog design for improved rotational efficiency at full shift.
Precision-ground sidewall angle (SCUFFING) for smooth engagement, increased power transfer, and lower operating temperature.
Aramid cord wraps over bottom cogs (vs. polyester) for increased bottom-cog strength and higher cord pop-out resistance.
