The Evolution Powersports Billet Fuel Rail is another product born from our sponsored UTV racer and in-house drag racing programs. Now, Sea-Doo models with the 900 ACE Rotax engine can reap the benefits of enhanced fuel supply for more reliable power and higher operating RPM's.
The OEM fuel rail is made from plastic, which is no match for the strength of the EVP 6061 T6 aluminum fuel rail. The EVP Billet Fuel Rail is direct replacement in every way from the injectors to the inlet fitting, and it can be installed in a matter of minutes. Extra R&D was spent making sure the dead end of the rail would not cavitate and cause fuel delivery or running issues.
