Designed to protect your front fender intake openings—the key entry points for the fresh air duct system—this kit adds rugged protection with aggressive style.
Each intake mesh kit is precision CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with a durable black E-coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance. The components are post-machined to create a high-contrast machined aluminum detail that complements the RZR’s bold design. Stainless steel black-coated hardware is included for a clean, factory-style installation.
The mesh inserts provide excellent protection from debris, mud, and water intrusion while maintaining maximum airflow. Each kit can also be easily customized with paint or powder coat to match your vehicle’s color scheme. Installation requires only minor drilling for a secure, precise fit.
