EVP's Stage 1 ECU and TCU Power Flash for the Polaris Ranger 1500 refines factory mapping after extensive testing.
Applies to the 110HP ProStar 1500cc engine. Produces smoother, more consistent power and improved drivability.
- ECU & TCM tune for major power gains on 91 octane — approximately 20 more wheel HP at peak and stronger power across the band
- Sharper throttle response
- Speed limit raised — approximate 20MPH higher top speeds
- Higher operating RPM at wide‑open throttle
- Torque limits reset for larger tires/heavier payloads while protecting the transmission
- Fan on/off temps lowered for better cooling
- Remapped fueling and ignition timing optimized for 91 octane
- 100% throttle in all modes (E-gas improved)
- Compatible with HVAC and non-HVAC models; retains heater & A/C functionality
