Oil (Fabric Filter) / Klotz

Klotz Fabric Air Filter Oil is designed for high-performance and extended-life air filters that use fabric pleats. The oil improves the filter’s ability to trap dust, dirt, and fine particulate matter as small as one micron. It also protects the filter material from damage due to water/moisture ingestion. The fluid is quickly absorbed by the filter media to limit excessive run-off during application. The formulation uses low volatility base oils to resist premature drying.

Directions for Use:

Used air filters should first be cleaned using Klotz KL-608 Air Filter Cleaner. Spray Klotz Fabric Air Filter Oil evenly over the surface of the new or used air filter. Allow excess fluid to drain out of the pleats.

The engine may run rich for a brief period during its first operation with the treated air filter.
